Our History

In it’s earliest days, the HAYLEY DEXIS Fluid Power department recognised the importance of training as a foundation for sustainable growth and technical excellence. Initially delivered in a more informal and internally focused format, particularly within pneumatics, training was led by internal sales leaders and designed primarily to support HAYLEY DEXIS staff. As the business evolved, the introduction of dedicated pneumatic training boards marked a significant step forward, transforming the learning experience and enabling a more structured, hands-on approach. This development allowed Mark Edwards to extend training beyond internal teams to customers, strengthening technical understanding while aligning more closely with industry best practice and British Fluid Power Association standards.
