Business Development Manger Fluid Power
Andy Dawes is a Business Development Manager at HAYLEY DEXIS and has been a values member of the team for several years. in addition to his business development responsibilities, Andy delivers a significant amount of Fluid Power training due to ongoing demand and his extensive industry experience. He brings over 25 years of expertise, as well as working as a former Fluid Power Product Manager with another well-known distributor, combining deep product knowledge with practical insight to support and develop engineers and maintenance professionals
John Jones
Fluid Power Director
John Jones is the Fluid Power Director at HAYLEY DEXIS, bringing over 25 years of experience across fluid power operations and sales. As a key figure in the early development of the fluid power division training, John originally led all training initiatives, establishing strong foundations that continue to support the business today. Renowned for his extensive technical knowledge and strategic insight, he plays a pivotal role in driving the division forward while sharing his expertise to develop people, capability and performance across the team.
Owen Sibley
Fluid Power Sales Manager
Owen Sibley is the Fluid Power Sales Manager at HAYLEY DEXIS and has been part of the organisation for six years, with over ten years’ experiencing in the MRO industry. Based at the Fluid Power offices in Dudley, Owen is akey asset to the Fluid Power team, combining strong product knowledge with sound technical capability. He is highly customer-focused, consistently working to resolve issues and deliver effective solutions, with the customer always at the centre of his approach.
